Jim Fleming grew up on his parents farm .  Since his dad worked on farm equipment and trucks it made it easy to make the decision to work in the industry.  As a service man in the US Army he worked 8 years working on Trucks and Heavy Equipment. Jim only continued to grow his interest in large equipment and trucking industry by being an owner operator of semi's for over 20 years

Andrew Fleming continued his calling by getting a degree in automotive repairs from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.  The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
